How To Apply Amber Ward Mineral Foundation My Personal preference to apply my foundation is with a kabuki brush, but you can also use a powder brush. With the sifter tab open, but the lid still on, turn the pot upside down and give the base a couple of taps. Turn back the right way and open. There will now be some mineral powder in the lid. Dip your brush into it. Tap off the excess powder on your brush, and apply the powder in circular motions all over your face. Don't apply too much powder all in one go - start with light layers and keep building up coverage. With a velour puff or foundation sponge:
Tap some mineral powder onto the lid, and apply your puff or foundation sponge onto it. Apply evenly all over your skin, just like you would with a compact powder.
